FOR LOW HUMIDITY...GUSTY WINDS...AND A STRONG COLD FRONTAL PASSAGE FOR
THE NORTHEAST WYOMING PLAINS...THE BLACK HILLS...AND WESTERN THROUGH SOUTH
CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA PLAINS...
.HOT AND DRY WEATHER IS EXPECTED TODAY WITH NEAR RECORD HIGHS.
HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL BE IN THE 90S TO AROUND 101 ON THE
PLAINS...WITH 80S TO LOWER 90S IN THE BLACK HILLS. GUSTY SOUTHWEST
WINDS WILL BE FOUND ACROSS SOUTHWEST AND SOUTH CENTRAL SOUTH
