About the Job
Learner Services Advisor National American University is seeking qualified applicants to fill a learner services advisor position. The learner services advisor will assist students in the development and ongoing achievement of their educational goals and will offer a particular emphasis on academic planning based on a comprehensive knowledge of the university’s academic programs, requirements and support services. The advisor will also provide students with excellent service and an overall interest toward the promotion of student success and retention based on performance metrics. Qualified applicants must hold a bachelors degree and have proven experience within a higher education setting and working with students to achieve academic success and providing student services.
