We are seeking a stable worker who is capable of working on their own at a steady consistent pace. This position demands accuracy, compliance of all policies and procedures, discipline, and the ability to learn our system inside and out. Paid differential for nights and 8% weekend differential. Progressive wages. Benefit package includes health, vision, and dental, paid time off, retirement, and education assistance. Requires HS grad/GED. Hours will be 4pm-12am with rotating weekends. Must be able to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. Must be detail oriented and possess strong communication, organization, and analytical skills. Must be able to maintain donor, patient, and employee confidentiality. Must possess basic keyboarding skills and the ability to handle and operate laboratory equipment.
